Phyllis James
Phyllis is a lifelong resident of Dorchester County. Her career as a registered nurse has brought her into contact with almost everyone in the County. Phyllis was a licensed nursing home administrator and plays the organ at Madison UM Church.

Phyllis entered real estate in 1987 as an agent with Coldwell Banker. She is a graduate of Floyd Wickman “Sweathogs”, was Rookie of the year 1987, completed Graduate Realtor Training Program Series 100,200,300, 400 in one year, was past president of Dorchester County Board of Realtors, was a consistent top producer with Coldwell Banker, Top producing agent in Dorchester County in 1994 & 1999, and represented the Board of Realtors on a committee with Planning & Zoning to develop a Building Code in Dorchester County.

Phyllis was the Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker when she left to open her new company in 1998. Phyllis sold and settled over 7 million in 1999. She lives in Madison with husband Ed, has 4 children and 10 grandchildren. Phyllis can handle all aspects of real estate, but specializes in residential and waterfront.



Bill Hubbard William 'Bill' Hubbard
Born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland for forty years, attended S.S. Peter & Paul Catholic School for 12 years, University of Maryland and Salisbury State with a major in Biology and minor in Marine Science. Bill’s vast knowledge of Dorchester County has been employed with United Parcel Service (UPS) for 19 years. Bill says, "I know most people in Dorchester County on a 'first name' basis. I have 2 daughters, Samantha and Shanna, and my wife Debbie and I have been married for 18 years. We attend Our Lady of Good Council Church in Secretary and enjoy all of the qualities Dorchester County has to offer; I feel very confident and qualified to help in all your real estate needs."



Ed James Ed James
Ed has been licensed in real estate for 10 years. His specialty is investment property and he manages a large quantity of rental housing. He organized and is President of the Dorchester County Landlords Association which is dedicated to keeping landlords informed of developing State and Federal legislation impacting rental property. He retired from a career as a heavy equipment operator and lives in Madison.



Martha Lewis Martha Lewis
Martha Lewis is a life long resident of Dorchester County and a 1986 graduate of Cambridge South Dorchester High School . She is the daughter of the late Owen Lewis and Carolyn Tall Lewis. Her hobbies include gardening, reading, being on the water and spending time with her nieces and nephews. Martha has been employed by Phyllis James & Associates since January 2001 as an Administrative Assistant.

She is excited about her additional career venture and is looking forward to assisting her customers in every aspect of their real estate needs.



Eva Jane Simmons Eva Jane Simmons
Eva Jane joined Phyllis James in June 1999. She has been in the real estate business since 1976, was the Manager of Century 21 Anderson Stokes. She later opened her own real estate office by the name of Anchor Realty & Marine Enterprises. Eve Jane enjoys working with people so much, she can also be found working at the Loyal Way Travel Agency. A life long resident of Fishing Creek, she resides there with her husband, Edwin.



Megan Walker Megan Walker
Megan became licensed at the age of 18, one of the youngest licensed agents in the State of Maryland. Megan has been an agent at Phyllis James since July 1999. She works full time.
In 2006 she became licensed as an associate broker.



 





Janet EmersonJanet Emerson
Janet Emerson is a native of Dorchester County, having grown up in Cambridge. She graduated from Open Bible. She spent many years away from here moving from Germany to Hawaii with her husband who was in the Army.

They moved back to the area in 1998. Janet currently lives outside of Hurlock with her family. She is active in her church and enjoys reading and her pets. Janet will happy to assist you in all aspects of real estate from residential to commercial.




Kimberly Harper Kimberly Gang Harper
Kimberly Gang Harper is a lifelong resident of Dorchester County. Kim is a graduate of North Dorchester High School and Delaware Technical & Community College. She now lives on a farm in Rhodesdale with her husband, Tom and children, Kari and Joshua. Besides helping her husband on the farm, and being actively involved in her children’s school and sports events, Kim is also the owner and operator of Harvest Drive Greenhouses. Kim is enthusiastic about her new career in real estate and looks forward to meeting prospective clients.



Darrell Brohawn Darrell Brohawn
Darrell Brohawn is a native of Dorchester County and a graduate of Cambridge South Dorchester High School. He currently lives just outside of Cambridge with his wife, Patty, and children, Victoria, and Ray. Darrell enjoys fishing, boating and spending time with his family. Darrell will gladly assist you in all aspects of real estate from residential to commercial.

 


Donald WilleyDonald Willey

Ret. Gunnery Sergeant Donald S. Willey is a highly decorated veteran of the United States Marine Corp. Immediately following graduation from Cambridge South Dorchester High School in l977, Donny entered the service and faithfully served our country for 25 ½ years.

Donny is an active member of the Hoopers Island Volunteer Fire Company, a life member of the V.F.W. and a member of the American Legion Post 91.

Donny is a lifelong resident of Dorchester County and currently resides at Hoopers Island . He also has family throughout Dorchester County . Currently, Donny is heading the effort on Hoopers Island to save the old cemeteries on the island from washing into the Chesapeake Bay from erosion.

Donny's personal business philosophy is to always be faithful to my customers in the real estate business.


Jamie Richardson Jamie Richardson

Jamie S. Richardson is a lifelong resident of Dorchester County and resides in the village of Woolford with his wife, Tara, who is a registered nurse at the hospital.

Mr. Richardson is an avid collector of antique decoys and folk art. His favorite pastime is restoring his 1820 Tidewater Colonial home and duck hunting. He also enjoys spending time with his two retrievers.

Jamie's intimate knowledge of the land waterways on the Eastern Shore will be of valuable assistance in your real estate endeavors. Jamie looks forward in assisting his customers in all their real estate needs whether residential, land or commercial.
